The suite consists of an entrance, a kitchen-diner, a large room with double bed, bathroom, walk-in closet and living room with double sofa bed. The sofa bed can accommodate up to 4 people. Although the weekly cleaning fees are included in the monthly rental price, we charge a final-cleaning fee for when the tenants leave, which will be taken from the deposit costs, and amounts to 100 euros.
