Next to the building you will also find the bike sharing rental and plenty of bars, supermarket, restaurants, etc. You are also 1 minute from the main bus station, 10 minutes from piazza Maggiore and the University area on foot. The apartment, completely renovated in 2018 is composed of 1 bright double room (with the view of via Indipendenza), 1 single room, common area with a modern kitchen and a bathroom. It is totally furnished and inside you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay including fiber cable internet, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, cookware, etc.), pillows, blankets, linens. All the bills (electricity, gas, water, unlimited internet wifi, trash tax) amount to 200 eur/month with normal and responsible consumption.
