Connected to this room and accessible from the entrance hallway is the living room with a sofa and tv, linked to the well-equipped kitchen with induction burners. The corridor leads to the second bedroom with twin beds (joinable) and then to the third bedroom with a double bed. At the end of the corridor are the two bathrooms, both equipped with showers. The larger bathroom also houses a washing machine that doubles as a dryer. Independent heating is available, along with air conditioning in the living room kitchen and all bedrooms. Pricing Information: The rental price includes utilities for stays up to 30 days, final cleaning, towels, sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees.
