There is an attic for the use of tenants as well as, inside the condominium courtyard, the possibility of parking bicycles. The rental fee is: - Room 1 with double bed: €360 - Room 2 with French bed: €340 - Room 3 with two single beds (single use): €340. If there are two people interested in a single bed sharing the room: €400 (€200 per bed) In addition to the rent, the additional costs are €80 per person with an all-inclusive formula (electricity, gas, water, internet, etc.). The contract will be TRANSITIONAL for students and in flat rate tax. No smokers and no animals. ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY STUDENTS AND SPECIALIZERS, possibly, and with priority to the former, young workers are evaluated with a declaration from the company regarding the temporary transfer to Udine.
