We walk down the stairs, historic and in excellent condition. As with many Venetian buildings, the property does not allow the installation of a lift or a goods lift, having been built in ancient times. We arrive at the fourth and top floor: the environment communicates a peace full of Venetian details, such as the historic exposed beams, highlighted by the natural light that floods the apartment. Immediately on the right is a first bedroom, discreet in size but perfect for every guest. We return to the entrance and walk along the small corridor. We return to the guest room and walk up the wooden steps... the roof terrace gives us such an open view of the Basilica of San Marco that we believe we can touch the bell tower with a finger. San Marco is the heart of the city of Venice, the best known and most prestigious district, from every point you are within walking distance of both Piazza San Marco and the Teatro della Fenice. This area is also very well served by all the Vaporetto lines, and by the gondola ferry, it is also possible to reach any corner of Venice in less than ten minutes.
