We rent with a transitional contract from 1 October 2023 to 31 May 2024 a spacious and bright apartment on the 1st floor without lift of a building in via Diez, a stone's throw from the port and the center of the city of Alghero. The apartment is composed as follows: large open space with living area, sofa and TV, kitchen which leads to a small terrace which is also habitable with table and benches; 3 large bedrooms: one double bedroom and two equally large bedrooms, in one of them there are 3 single beds and in the other there are two for a total of 7 beds; 2 bathrooms, a smaller one located in the living area and one located in the very large sleeping area, completely new with a spacious shower cubicle. The furnishings are totally new. Currently there is no heating system but only cold air conditioners. However, the installation of hot/cold air conditioners is planned soon. The apartment is rented to referenced and absolutely non-resident travellers. There are two rental options: the entire property for a single tenant or it is also possible to rent the rooms individually, thus sharing bathrooms, kitchen and living area. In the first case the rent is Euro 500 + utilities (condominium, water, electricity rates). In the second case the rent is Euro 200 per room + utilities.
