Giusi is designed for 4/5 people: it has two bedrooms (one double and one with a king size cm), a large living room with a sofa bed (king size cm), a bathroom, a kitchen, and a long terrace. It is perfect for both tourism and work, thanks to its spaces and a fast internet connection. The space Once you enter Giusi you will immediately be struck by the warm and welcoming colors of the apartment, furnished in a modern style, which is was deliberately added with some original pieces of furniture from the time of construction (70s). The entrance connects the living area with the sleeping area. The living area consists of an eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with everything we believe you may need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and mugs. A little salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar and detergents are always available. The table in the kitchen is perfect for breakfasts, lunches and dinners as a couple, in complete intimacy in the same place where the meal is prepared. The second bedroom has a king size bed (), two small chests of drawers and another small desk . The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet. In the bathroom you will find towels, hairdryer, soap, shower gel and shampoo always at your disposal (in sufficient quantities for a day or two, in time to go shopping). In the corridor of the sleeping area you will find another large wardrobe available to guests, but also additional pillows and blankets. Here you can find the clothesline. In the entrance, in the living area, there is another small wardrobe with brooms, vacuum cleaner, clothespins and cleaning material. Other cleaning material is located in the kitchen. Always in the entrance and living room you will find flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information on restaurants in the area and the house manual. From the living room, the kitchen and the main bedroom you can access the large terrace, where you can hang out your clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), have a coffee or a refreshing drink, enjoying the tranquility of the greenery. If you are lucky, you might even see one of the squirrels that live in the neighborhood. Giusi has a nice communal garden, but you will see that the whole Guizza neighborhood has several green spaces and small parks. Be careful of mosquitoes, especially in summer: to protect you we have installed mosquito net curtains (not on all windows): use them with care. All windows have roller shutters which allow complete darkness in the rooms. Be careful because they are original, they work well but they are like old ladies, and should be treated as such: calmly and delicately. Giusi is equipped with air conditioning: one split is in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The second small bedroom does not have air conditioning, but can be cooled by leaving the bedroom door open and using the fan available. Remember that summers in Veneto can be hot and humid: we recommend keeping windows and shutters closed during the hottest hours and as long as the sun is shining on them, for a more comfortable internal temperature.
