The building is located in a comfortable and quiet area 2km from Via Emilia (Piratello) and one kilometer from the center of Montecatone Rehabilitation Institute. The accommodation is located on the ground floor, with easy access for the disabled, bus stop a few meters away, furnished , fully equipped, air-conditioned, heating and floor, dishwasher, washer dryer, television, equipment for cleaning the house, outdoor green area and linen change every 14 days.
