The accommodation is located on the first floor of the building and consists of: entrance hall, living room with kitchen and panoramic balcony, double bedroom and bathroom with shower cubicle. The apartment sleeps 4 because in addition to the double bed, there is a sofa bed in the living room; in the bathroom there is a 6 kg washing machine. In Jouvenceaux there is a very nice restaurant and a snack bar, tobacconist's, and the town offers many excursions that can be made both on foot and by MTB, for example, you can reach Malafosse Bassa where the path starts from the historic center of the town a few meters after the historic Chapel of Sant'Antonio Abate, on the other hand, for a more demanding tour, there is also the Jovenceaux – San Marco – Malafosse Alta ring tour to then return to Jouvenceaux. For high-altitude excursions there is the chairlift just a few steps from the accommodation which takes you to the towns of Sarnas and Sportina where you can reach the typical refuges, beautiful and exciting walks to do on foot or special routes for MTBs thanks to the Bikes Local park. At 1 km we find the village of Sauze d'Oulx where you can enjoy local bars and restaurants, characteristic shops and summer markets.
