L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un antico edificio ed ha una grande cucina abitabile, un bel salotto, una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, una camera tripla con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, ed un secondo bagno con doccia. L'appartamento è dotato di riscaldamento autonomo e aria condizionata. La cucina è accessoriata con tutto il necessario per cucinare. E' inoltre presente la lavatrice.
