A very welcoming apartment in the heart of the historic center of Florence. The house is located in the lively area of the Central Market, one of the most interesting meeting points in the city which houses several places where you can taste many local dishes. We are in the Santa Maria Novella district, a stone's throw from the central station and all the most important monuments and museums of Florence: it just takes a 5-minute walk to reach Piazza del Duomo and the Accademia Gallery. The house consists of a living area with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower. The kitchen is well equipped, ideal for those who want to cook some delicacies with products purchased at the market! The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with air conditioning. From its windows you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Central Market of Florence. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. There's a set price for water bills of €35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference. Internet is €30 per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (€4 per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
