Its position is privileged: on the one hand it will allow you to comfortably take the car and set off to discover the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Umbria, on the other it will allow you to walk to the historic center of Cortona with a nice walk of ca. 15 minutes. The garden in front of the villa creates a natural terrace with a breathtaking view over the valley and Lake Trasimeno. The outdoors are furnished with tables and chairs ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a barbecue for grilling. Also the swimming pool (8x4 meters - fixed depth 1.35 meters - open from May to September - completely fenced and protected by an access gate) enjoys a position with a panoramic view and perfect exposure to the sun throughout the day.
