Affittiamo per i mesi estivi (per brevi periodi anche tutto l'anno) un villino su 2 livelli molto rifinito locato alle spalle della piazzetta di Fregene a circa 300 metri dal mare e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. La presenza di un piccolo giardino con ampio patio, ed un'ottima esposizione, lo rendono solare e piacevole. Il villino e' finemente arredato e composto da un salone (provvisto di ampie vetrate) con cucina e bagno di servizio al pianterreno e al primo piano da una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta e il bagno provvisto di vasca e comoda doccia. L'abitazione e' sicura e dotata di persiane in ferro zincato. Affitto mensile: Giugno 2100 (non disponibile), Luglio 3200 (non disponibile), Agosto 3200 (non disponibile), Settembre 1500 (disponibile, anche a settimane) Accettiamo anche richieste di soggiorno brevi (week end di 2/3 notti oppure la settimana intera o corta) durante tutto l'anno, in particolare da settembre a maggio. We rent for the summer months (for short periods even all year round) a very refined little villa on 2 levels located behind the small square of Fregene about 300 meters from the sea and with all services within easy reach. The presence of a small garden with a large patio, and an excellent exposure, make it sunny and pleasant. The little villa is finely furnished and consists of a living room (with large windows) with kitchen and little bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor of a double bedroom, a bedroom (2 single beds) and the bathroom with tub and comfortable shower. The house is safe and equipped with galvanized iron shutters.
