Neighbourhood Viale Argonne is an avenue approximately 2 kilometers long located in the Greco-Bovisio district, north of Milan. It has recently been redeveloped and is now a true symbol of the new urban regeneration of the city. The avenue is flanked by a large public garden, with a perfectly manicured green lawn, a cycle path and numerous areas equipped for sports and leisure. Trees, football fields, gyms, rides for the younger ones and bowling alleys for the less young: Viale Argonne, one of Milan's historic streets, now resembles a playground for all tastes. Getting around The apartment is close to bus, tram and metro stops. Notes **IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW** - TOURIST CITY TAX: €4.50 per person per night (maximum 15 nights), Children under 18 free of charge. - Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes. - All guests must upload a valid ID on our secure link; failure to do so will result in entry refusal due to Italian Police regulations. - Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) by Italian law. - No smoking or pets allowed. - Strictly no parties or loud noises. - Please be considerate when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM, to respect our neighbors. - No outside visitors without written approval. - Final cleaning fee covers general cleaning; keep the place tidy and clean the kitchen before checkout to avoid additional charges. - Italian households have a power limit, and if multiple appliances are used simultaneously, the main switch may trip. Remember to turn off devices before restoring power.
