I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio. Situato al 4° piano, luminoso e spazioso. È composto da una cucina abitabile, un bagno con vasca/doccia, 4 suite singole con letto alla francese. L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di Wi-Fi, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori base. PERIODI: da Set a Feb O da Mar ad Ago O da Set ad Ago. PAGAMENTI: Come conferma della prenotazione è dovuto il primo mese + la Admin Fee Il restante importo verrà corrisposto in 4 rate trimestrali per periodi di locazione di almeno 10 mesi o in 2 rate trimestrali negli altri casi.
