The apartment - totally renovated to new - is located on the first floor of a small independent three-storey building without a lift. Bath and bed linen provided. Guest Access: Wifi and TV. It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, as per regulation, but it is possible in the allowed area Our staff will take care of monthly cleaning, and final cleaning will be charged once you leave. Please note the following: In the event of an early move-out, there is a fee equal to one month's rent. Cost of gas and heater are apart so there will be calculate on consumption The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a residential area and a few minutes from the city center easily accessible by public transport.
