The bedroom is located on the upper level. Notes **IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW** - TOURIST CITY TAX: €4.50 per person per night (maximum 15 nights), Children under 18 free of charge. - Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes. - All guests must provide through a secure link a valid ID at check-in; failure to do so will result in entry refusal due to Italian Police regulations. - Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) by Italian law. - No smoking or pets allowed. - Strictly no parties or loud noises. - Please be considerate when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM, to respect our neighbors. - No outside visitors without written approval. - Final cleaning fee covers general cleaning; keep the place tidy and clean the kitchen before checkout to avoid additional charges. - Italian households have a power limit, and if multiple appliances are used simultaneously, the main switch may trip. Remember to turn off devices before restoring power. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be shown upon arrival. - Use only toilet paper in the toilet to prevent septic system damage; no feminine products should be flushed. - Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. - For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee. - The apartment is at your complete and private disposal.
