Composed of entrance to living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sleeping area with double bed, washing machine, windowed bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with unlimited wifi and air conditioning. Towels and bed linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally €/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
