Equipped with entrance to living area with equipped kitchen and sofa bed, double bedroom with adjacent bathroom, 2nd floor with double bedroom and adjacent bedroom with single bed and second bathroom, it can accommodate up to 5 guests. Air conditioning, unlimited Wifi, lift, towels and bed linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally €/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
