Situated on the ground floor of a very quiet street, this studio offers comfort and tranquility. Upon entering, you'll find yourself in a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring 4 induction hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The sleeping area includes a double bed and a desk with a comfortable chair, perfect for studying or working. The modern bathroom boasts a spacious shower and includes a washing machine/dryer for added convenience. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning, and stay connected with unlimited wifi internet access. The apartment will be supplied with towels and bed linens. All utility bills are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (usually €/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption. With normal usage, you won't incur additional costs. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations.
