All bills are included in the rent, such as condominium fees, waste disposal, heating, electricity, water, gas, wifi, and more. There is a one time entry fee of €300, which is a lump sum payment to start the service and includes: * Contract registration and stamp duties * Cleaning for initial access * Special insurance offering a unique security. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, on weekends, or during holidays, kindly inform us in advance to check the availability of flexible check-in options. Please note that there will be an additional cost of €50 in such cases. Please note that the room is delivered fully furnished, but does not include pillows, sheets, blankets, etc. The kitchen is equipped with essential items such as plates, cutlery, and glasses. Anything not provided can be purchased privately. If you need to leave the room before the contract's natural expiration, you have the option to cancel at any time, provided we find a suitable replacement to take your place. In the event of early cancellation, a flat-rate cost of €250 will be charged, payable by the tenant on the day of check-out.
