The apartment consists of a large equipped kitchen with TV and two spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and a bathroom complete with shower and window. The apartment is 15 minutes by bus from Bocconi University and 9 minutes by bus from NABA. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • € for monthly rent • 200,00€ for building fees • 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi) • 100,00€/month for for one service per month of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, balconies); Total of monthly cost: € You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.900€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 . to 9 .), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. • 280,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning Linen is not included. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
