I dettagli verranno specificati sul contratto di affitto; i costi delle spese condominiali, Wi-Fi, acqua e spese di contratto sono inclusi nel casone mensile; [ITA] Ubicata nella zona di Casamicciola, famosa per le sue botteghe artigiane per la lavorazione delle ceramiche ischitane, ha un accesso diretto sul lungomare: con soli 38 gradini sarete sulla spiaggia e/o sugli scogli dove in estate sorgono numerosi stabilimenti balneari.La casa sorge dalle mura di quella che fu la famosa Pensione Morgera e ne mantiene ancora la planimetria con le tre camere da letto separate e tre bagni, la cucina attrezzata, un giardino con barbecue ed una splendida terrazza adagiata sul mare.Completa la casa un'accesso carrabile, con parcheggio privato che può ospitare fino ad un massimo di due vetture.Nelle immediate vicinanze troverete bar, ristoranti e negozi di alimentari. 24 e 31 dicembre: i check-in saranno disponibili fino alle ore 18.00.
