This is the RED STUDIO, When in Rome, do as Romans do... stay at our cozy home, enjoy and relax your stay ! The lovely and spacious RED STUDIO, fully renovated, is in the heart of Rome, near the Coliseum, the Roman Forum and many other tourist sites such as Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano. The apartment is in an early 1900's restored building, very elegant safe and quiet, and it is really BRAND NEW! Private entrance, few steps down from the front door, you will NOT share the apartment with anyone else! It's a charming, colorful flat, with cozy design, bricks ceiling (3,5mt height), entrance, big room with queen size double bed and one sofa bed both with latex mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Its windows overlook the garden, with orange trees. For long term rent, we request a mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks, provided by a professional staff, paid by guests.
