RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply. Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement).
