The space The neighborhood is safe and quiet and you can enjoy a very sunny and airy apartment for the presence of balconies and large windows in every room but at the same time you can have excellent air conditioning, there are two powerful air conditioners. You will find a welcoming veranda at the entrance, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (one on the ground floor and the second is on the second level and has a fireplace and a sofa bed that can accommodate a couple or 2 children), 2 bedrooms both with a double bed, the largest has a balcony while the second has an internal window and a ceiling fan .
