Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 40 m² in Florence

Questo piccolo appartamento al piano terra, recentemente rinnovato, è situato in un edificio tranquillo e molto carino, a soli due isolati di distanza da Piazza Santa Croce. La porta d’ingresso dell’appartamento dà su un ingresso spazioso, con un grande e comodo armadio a muro sulla parete sinistra. Sulla destra invece si trova il bagno, molto carino con una doccia spaziosa e funzionale. La stanza principale, è composta da un angolo cucina con un bel piano cottura con fornelli, forno, acquaio e un grande frigo e un tavolo tondo, comodo per quattro persone per mangiare, mentre la zona living è arredata con un divano letto, poltrona, TV e un mobile-armadio. Due grandi finestre fanno entrare molta luce durante il giorno. La zona notte è invece divisa da un arco che dà su una camera matrimoniale molto accogliente, con comodini e libreria, e una finestra che dà su una corte interna. L’importo pagato per la prenotazione del seguente alloggio, è comprensivo dei servizi effettuati dalla società ApartmentsFlorence agli ospiti. L'appartamento dispone di riscaldamento, lavatrice e internet wireless. Professional, credible, user-friendly website and staff. I would use Apartments Florence again and would recommend them to friends and family. I would not however, choose Rosa Piccolo. Let me be clear, the location was great, internet was lightening fast, air conditioning worked wonderfully which was appreciated due to the really hot weather when visiting. What I did not like was that the apartment is in need of a "deep" clean. Floors were dirty, cabinets and drawers were dirty and overall not inviting. The bed was comfortable, sheets clean, cheap towels-but were clean, so I guess overall my basic expectations were met. Good value for the money, but would consider spending a little more for a better experience. Oh, by the way, take off the disclaimer that the apartment has access to a private courtyard, while true, it was cluttered, dirty, totally not guest usable and where the apartment kept the building washing machines. Not usable at all and very misleading.
