Private room for one person in a large shared apartment next to the sea in Syracuse. The apartment has sea views as you see from the pictures. The apartment includes: • 3 private bedrooms • spacious lounge with balcony and sea view • separate dining room • fully equipped kitchen • 1 shared bathroom • large terrace • fast Wi-Fi • air conditioning • 3 mountain bikes available The sea and a coastal cycling path are close to the apartment (40 meter distance). The cycle path leads towards the historical centee Syracuse which is approximately 3 km away. A car is therefore not necessary, but the location is especially suitable for someone who enjoys cycling, as I have 3 good bikes to share. The room is well suited to digital nomads, remote workers and people planning a longer stay. Guests have their own private bedroom and share the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, lounge, balcony and terrace with their flatmates. I have been a digital nomad for almost 20 years and got this place not as a business but as a place for me to have a base and to share it with other digital nomads.
