This recently renovated apartment is located a few steps from the Colosseum and the Manzoni metro station, our apartments are cleaned and sanitized before your arrival in the structure according to the rules indicated for hotel facilities by the ISS, upon your arrival you will find a clean and comfortable.

The apartment is in an early 1940's restored building, very elegant, safe and quiet, with common garden.

It's a charming, colorful and modern Studio, with living room, BRAND NEW DOUBLE BED with latex mattress, kitchen corner, bathroom with shower.
Furthermore, as a plus, there is a small outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, where you can have your coffee or relax after visiting Rome.

Studio is 100% NO SMOKING, but you can smoke outside!

For long term rent, we request a mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks, provided by a professional staff, paid by guests.

Private entrance from the garden, you will not share the Studio with anyone else!
