The apartment is well equipped with several appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.

Please note:

Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control.

The admin fee also includes the final cleaning which is to be paid upon check-in.

There is a condominium fee of 100 euros to be paid monthly.
