It has a view of the Lake Paola, is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and first floor) and can ideally accommodate 5 people + 1 child. EQUIPMENT: Inside there are TV, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, large fridge, freezer with 4 large drawers, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, fan in the double bedroom (there is no air conditioning). The BEACH is approximately 150 meters away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes, crossing the seafront and going down the dune, directly onto the sand. TORRE PAOLA, the rocks and the dam next to the Roman canal can be reached on foot, while by canoe or pedalo you can reach the caves of Monte Circeo and the pebble beaches of the rocky coast .
