The apartment is in the very heart of Rome's most iconic district, a few steps away from the Vatican, the Pantheon, Piazza Campo de Fiori, Piazza Venezia, the Imperial Forums, the Colosseum, the Trevi's Fountain, the Spanish Steps and many other touristic sites. The apartment is very quiet, yet close to many discos, pubs and restaurants. It is equipped with a living room, a dining table, a queensize sofa-bed with a coffe table, a kichen and a bathroom with bath tub and shower and accomodates comfortably 1 or 2 persons. The bed is queensize and is located on a mezzanine, where there is a walk-in closet as well: guests will have to climb a short flight of stairs in order to reach them. The apartment is newly refurbished and enjoys an elegant and cozy look. The apartment is on first floor, guests will have to climb 20 stairs to reach it: in fact, as it is inside an historical building, there is no elevator. The price asked includes building cost, but is related to medium long term rent: it is therefore applicable to rents of at least 6 months. Shorter periods will cost a little more, yet feel free to ask. Please acknowledge this is a no-smoking apartment and a fine of 50 will be retained from the deposit should the apartment smell like smoke at the time of your check out.
