Very large two-room apartment overlooking the park, 5Th floor with balcony, doorman and elevator. Air conditioning. Large living room, kitchen. Central heating. 50 square meters, new kitchen and bathroom. Large wardrobes. All completely renovated and furnished we only accept students and workers with certified documents of work or study in Rome to be presented in the communication phase on the platform. Procedure after booking: - The payment of the administrative fee must be made via payment request on the platform.
