A stylish industrial staircase leads to the lower level, where you'll find a spacious double bedroom, a complete bathroom with a large shower, and a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer. Ideal for up to four guests, you'll find as shown in the photos: on the first level: a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, an open wardrobe, a tv area, and a smart working area. On the second level: a large double bed, an open wardrobe, a tv area, a laundry area, and a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and large shower. Included amenities: Full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, complete set of pots and pans, dishes and glasses for four guests, kitchen accessories, and coffee machine. Transport: 250 meters from the apartment you will find: m3 Dergano, yellow subway line to quickly reach the city center in about 15 minutes (5-8 stops). Bus 82 from Bovisasca to Zara with a stop in Viale Zara where the m5 subway is located. Bus 70 from Ceresio to Cimitero Bruzzano.
