La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di aria condizionata, wifi e lavatrice. La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: microonde, frigorifero/freezer e bollitore. La zona notte è composta da 1 letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno, e può ospitare fino a 2 persone. Merlo 1/3 C enjoys a strategic location . The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine.The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bed in the living area, can accommodate up to 2 people. Merlo 1/3 C also offers: television. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit.
