Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect to accommodate up to 2 people with the double bed. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, whether short or medium term. The apartment consists of: - KITCHEN CORNER: with stove, cooking utensils, sink, table with two chairs. - LIVING AREA: sofa bed, large and comfortable, TV, air conditioning, clothes hanger in closet, large window with curtains. - BATHROOM: sink with mirror, toilet, shower.. The composition of the space allows a maximum of 2 people. The apartment is in one of the most elegant areas of Milan, in a very lively neighborhood. The area is very well served: there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets tobacconists, boutiques, stores and parks. Great solution if you are looking for a very central place where you can spend quiet days. From the apartment it is easy to reach the city center of Milan. Tourist points of interest are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park and the Arco della Pace. Continuing down Via Dante, it is also easy to reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera. Also absolutely worth seeing are the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli. The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas. The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation. The red metro stop M1 Wagner is a great connection to Piazza Duomo, in just 10 minutes you will have reached your destination. The red metro is also useful to get to the Cardona Train Station, or the Porta Venezia stop where all of Corso Buenos Aires, that is one of the main shopping destinations in the city, opens up. We confirm that you will make normal use of the utilities as if they were your responsibility and it is very difficult to exceed this threshold. (For transparency, on the day of your arrival, the electricity and gas meter readings will be taken in your presence). If upon departure you have exceeded your monthly consumption, the excess consumption will be charged by being deducted from your security deposit at the market cost of utilities on the day of check out . The tenant must respect the rules for separate waste collection, which we will explain during check-in, and is required to respect the rules of silence by avoiding noise and shouting between 9.00 pm and 8.00 am. Internet wi-fi, starting cleaning, water, building expenses, contract registration costs, one set per guest of towels and linen are included in the rental price. Also additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee. We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 3 months, a cleaning every 2 months by one of our in-house cleaners will be mandatory, at a cost of €50. This is to ensure there are no issues in the apartment and to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.Please note that, as indicated in the cost summary, a final payment for deep cleaning will be required on the day of your departure.
