Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Rome

The price shown includes: VAT10 percent, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), assisted check-in, internet Wi-fi.

Please note that the rent does NOT include the following costs:

Signature and contract registration fee, in case of rentals to companies and in apartments that do not benefit from the Italian flat tax on rental income (cedolare secca), the accommodation provider will request a contract registration fee which corresponds to 1 percent of the total booking value starting from 49.50 euros).
Admin fee, it includes the first and final cleaning and new bed linen. This fee should be paid BEFORE THE CHECK-IN, in this way, the accommodation provider can guarantee that the apartment will be clean and with new bed linen upon arrival.
Upon the check-in you will be requested to show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport or Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy.

Any exceeding balance will be charged upon check-out.

We remind you that on the day of your arrival will be required to pay for the security deposit which must be done with credit card and it will be refunded within 72 working hours after the day of departure, if no damage is found in the property. The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 pm to 12am - 30 euros. From 12am to 8 am - 60 euros.

The area

This charming apartment is located in an area full of attractions to visit, including the smallest cinema in the world, the oldest zoo in Rome and Villa Borghese. Inside the latter there is the Museo di Galleria Borghese, in which there are various works of art, including the famous statue of Apollo and Daphne and several works by artists such as Raphael, Caravaggio and Canova. 20 minutes from the property is the Pantheon, temple of ancient Rome dedicated to all gods. Also in a few minutes you can reach the famous Trevi Fountain and other attractions of the historic center of Rome.

Living room and kitchen

This elegant two-room apartment offers very spacious interiors. In fact, the living room houses a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a round glass dining table with four comfortable seats.

In the same room there is the open kitchen, which gives the house a minimalist style thanks to the strong contrast of its white and black furniture.

Bedroom and bathroom

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and two small and practical bedside tables. The room is full of different cabinets and shelves that are indispensable for order and organization: a wardrobe, a hanger, a cabinet with drawers and two shelves of different sizes. The room is equipped with a private bathroom that is equipped with every toilet. Between the bedroom and the living room there is the second bathroom which, like the first, is equipped with all the toilets and spacious shower.
