The apartment is provided of washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. Monthly price € 1. 400 plus € 250 for all bills (heating, water, gas, wifi, waste tax, condominium). A cleaning service by a trusted person of the owner is required every 15 days at a cost of € 45 per cleaning (2 hours) and changing of sheets. Extra final cleaning € 150.
