The space is divided into: Sleeping/Living Area: Double bed, armchair bed for a third guest, sliding-door wardrobe, small desk, and access to the balcony through a French door. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, and a high table for 3 people. Full Bathroom: Spacious shower, bidet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and drying rack. Extra Amenities: Air conditioning, central heating, and a Smart TV. The layout ensures natural brightness, with windows in the kitchen/dining area and a French door in the sleeping area. Extra Stay Costs In addition to the rental fee, the following costs - Security deposit, refunded at the end of the stay, provided no damages occur. - Final cleaning fee: €150. - Monthly management fee: €150, which includes: • Assistance for any needs. • Contract registration with the Italian Revenue Agency. • Provision of bed linen, towels, and a welcome kit. • Routine and extraordinary maintenance. • 7/7 emergency support.
