Dall'appartamento è possibile raggiungere il centro storico in 15 minuti con il tram o il bus, le fermate sono a circa 500 metri di distanza. Nei pressi dell'appartamento troverete ogni tipo di negozio. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore di un tranquillo condominio, è composto da un ampio soggiorno con divano letto e cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina per caffè, bollitore. Troverete poi un'ampia camera matrimoniale con bagno con doccia, ed una terrazzina privata. L'appartamento può comodamente ospitare fino a 4 persone. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee.
