L'appartamento, al secondo piano con ascensore di un bel condominio, è stato appena ristrutturato ed è perfetto per ospitare fino a 7 persone. L'appartamento è composto da: cucina abitabile attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, lavastoviglie, macchina per caffè, forno a microonde, salotto con divano e tv a schermo piatto, due grandi camere matrimoniali, una camera tripla, e due ampi bagni con doccia. Sono inoltre presenti due terrazze per mangiare all'aperto. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, lavatrice, wi-fi.
