La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde e frigorifero/freezer. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno e da 2 camere da letto con 1 letto singolo e 1 letto alla francese singolo, e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. INGEGNOLI1 Bright top floor apartment enjoys a strategic location with a city view . The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed and 1 single french bed, can accommodate up to 4 people. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March the 18th and April the 28th 2026 included, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
