Cosy and bright one-bedroom apartment of about 65sqm recently renovated, located on the 4th floor of an elegant period building with elevator. The entrance leads to the spacious living area with study corner, sofa bed and large fully equipped kitchen, that overlooks a small balcony with a pleasant view on the rooftops of Milan, the bedroom consists of two single beds that can be joined and a large closet. The apartment is non-smoking only and is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, shower stall, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer. The deposit is equal to 2-month rent for stays longer than 6 months. After the first payment through Uniplaces, the other payments must be made by bank transfer or credit card. Utilities are included up to 70 euros per month. Any additional costs will be charged separately. Tourist visa is not accepted to sign the contract. A valid passport and tax code are required to register the contract. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30 euros.
