A Bluetooth BOSE speaker completes the entertainment equipment so you can listen to your music in high definition. The apartment opens onto a cozy and spacious living room where the warm shades chosen for the wall coverings and the colourful paintings hanging on the walls create a modern and relaxing atmosphere, ideal to relax in after a day of work or after exploring the city. The furniture includes an elegant 3-person sofa convertible into a double bed (140 x 200 cm), 2 comfortable matching chairs, and an extendable table for 6 guests. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric oven, and a gas stove. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a corridor leading to the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom overlooks the picturesque church of the Holy Spirit, with its decorated facade covered in terracotta, and is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe. Then there is the second bedroom equipped with another double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a niche to store your things. The apartment has 2 modern bathrooms that are finely finished with designer ceramics. The main bathroom can be accessed from the living room and is equipped with a built-in shower, while the second is located at the end of the corridor of the sleeping area and is also equipped with a spacious walk-in shower.
