The Area This cosy one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet area of Milan which offers many amenities, such as a large number of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It is a very well connected area with the rest of the city thanks to the proximity of the metro with which you can reach all the tourist and commercial attractions that the city of Milan offers. Living room and kitchen The flat features a cosy and colourful living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a television and a table with four seats. The large open kitchen overlooks the living room and is equipped with all major appliances, including a washing machine. The presence of large windows makes the living area very bright Bedroom and bathroom The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed with a bedside table and bedside lamp next to it, a large wardrobe with sliding doors where you can store all your belongings and clothes, a desk and large windows that make the room very bright. In front of the room you will find the bathroom complete with all sanitary facilities, a washbasin with mirror and a shower cubicle. The price shown includes: VAT10 percent, utilities electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount, assisted check-in, internet Wi-fi. We remind you that on the day of your arrival will be required to pay for the security deposit which must be done with credit card and it will be refunded within 72 working hours after the day of departure, if no damage is found in the property. The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 pm to 12am - 30 euros. From 12am to 8 am - 60 euros. Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
