Two bedrooms are rented as bb and one is mid-term stays. The finely renovated bedroom is equipped with a mini fridge, hairdryer, sheets and towels changed weekly. There is a common room and kitchenette equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, sink and induction hob on request. A large 130 square meter terrace is available, equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas. Bike parking space available. Clothes laundry service 2 times a week maximum total 12 kg of laundry is included. For extra washing machines, a supplement of 5 euros per washdrying. Parties are not allowed. For the registration of contracts with non-EU citizens, supplement of 150 euros.
