Landlord Policies After your booking is confirmed, this landlord will send you an e-mail (called MEMO DOCUMENTS) requesting a copy of your ID and Codice Fiscale, and a printed and digital copy of some other documents. Please provide these documents as soon as possible. One, two weeks before check-in the landlord will send you a second e-mail (called MEMO FIRST PAYMENT) where all the costs of the First Payment will be indicated. The tenant is required to do the payments by MONEY TRANSFER EXECUTED with NET ACCREDIT of the sums (no bank costs for the Beneficiary) before check-in * Payment method: bank transaction (rent and all the costs must be accredited by NET) * Other costs: * Monthly rent shown is for single occupancy.
