Please be aware there's a city tax of 3,50 euros to be paid for the first 10 days for a total of 35 euros per tenant. Bright 9-bedroom apartment on several levels in a Villa surrounded by a garden with fruit trees : apricot, kiwi, medlar, lemons, plum a small vegetable garden. All the garden as well as the common areas such as stairs, kitchen, laundry are covered by security cameras; also there is the possibility to park the bicycle or scooter out of the rain, with a small supplement of 10 euros per month. Laundry service is present and available for a fee. Please note that cleaning is included with towels and sheets changed every 2 weeks. The kitchen consists of: 4 sinks and 2 stove tops with 6 burners (12 burners total ) and the pantry with shelves for each room, including two refrigerators.Please note that housekeeping is included with the change of towels and sheets every 2 weeks. Pets are allowed upon approval and permission of the property.
