The flat is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet. It is located in a central and strategic position: a few steps from the lively and characteristic Porta Venezia district, from Indro Montanelli park, from the new and wonderful Porta Nuova area with Piazza Gae aulenti, one metro stop from the central station and from Brera and Moscova, perfectly served by public transport. Note: the deposit is equal to 2 months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Payments, after the first through Uniplaces, must be made by bank transfer or credit card. Utilities included up to 50 euros per month. Any additional costs will be charged separately. Tourist visa not accepted for signing the contract. A valid passport and tax code are required to register the contract. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30.
