The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with wifi, washing machine and heating. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, can accommodate up to 7 people.4BNB - Chinotto Spacious Apartment also offers: television. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit.
